Jill Kravitz, the founder of Dominion Administrators, holds a B.A in Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Rutgers, Graduate School of Management. Her entrepreneurial spirit guided her for nearly 25 years as she and her family operated a wholesale dessert distribution company. While there she honed her management and administrative skills. Prior to owning her own business, Jill worked in sales and was Assistant Director of an American Red Cross Chapter. James Kirsch is our lead consultant and founder of Dominion Emergency Services Consultants. Jim is a 36 year veteran of the fire service and recently retired as captain, the highest ranking career firefighter, from the Bergenfield, NJ combination fire department. He holds a Masters of Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a graduate of the elite National Fire Academy's Executive Fire Officer (EFO) program.Jim has written articles for Fire Engineering and has authored sections of Fire Engineering's Study Guide for Firefighter I and II. He has taught hands-on programs and lectured for regional volunteer organizations, and at national fire conferences and expos, In fact, his passion to teach firefighters led to the creation of the educational DVD, Live Fire Training in Acquired Structures available through Fire Engineering/Penwell.
